Dear Sirs!
We pay our respect to you and write to you in connection with the following.
The СOVID-19 coronavirus pandemic is steadily absorbing one country after another, killing and disabling people. And Ukraine, where it’s just starting, is no exception.
People die of pneumonia, and many of those who were in a severe state and recovered will have pulmonary insufficiency for the rest of their lives. In these circumstances, of great significance for sustained recovery is long-term experience and professional scientific support from leading Ukrainian pulmonologists.
The State Organisation “F.G. Yanovsky National Institute of Phthisiology and Pulmonology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine”, a specialised institution of the highest level that’s well-known both in the country and in the world, actively engaged in saving Ukrainians from the coronavirus pandemic by opening its time-proven therapeutic and scientific capacity to treatment of patients with COVID-19 in the most severe state.
A separately located new seven-floor building with convenient rooms is prepared for treating patients with the coronavirus infection at the National Institute.
But due to increasing number of patients in a severe state, the State Organisation “F.G. Yanovsky National Institute of Phthisiology and Pulmonology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine” needs urgent help with purchasing the following:
- individual protective suits;
- face screens;
- particulate respirators;
- protective headgears;
- medical gloves;
- patient monitors (ECG, arterial pressure, pulse, blood oxygen level etc.);
- oxygen concentrators;
- injectable drugs for treating patients with pneumonia in a severe state (antibiotics, corticosteroids, detoxification solutions, blood substitutes etc.).
Since the National Institute and the Charitable Organisation “The Ukrainians Against Tuberculosis” have had long-term, more than 15-year-long partnership relations under the Joint Cooperation Programme, the Institute’s senior officials requested the Charitable Organisation “The Ukrainians Against Tuberculosis” to help them with acquiring the necessary equipment, medical products and drugs.
So, we kindly ask you to find an opportunity to provide on a gratuitous basis the necessary equipment, medical products and drugs or to transfer funds, in an amount you determine, for purchasing them into current account UA653138490000026007001197769 with JSCB “INDUSTRIALBANK”, MFO 313849, YeDRPOU code 21715766, the Charitable Organisation “The Ukrainians Against Tuberculosis”. Payment purpose: gratuitous charitable aid.
We ask you to give your response to our address by phone or in writing. We’re ready to contact your responsible person regarding the procedure for documenting and delivering equipment and other items of value.
